Memphis, Tennessee and Paper Route Empire artist Kenny Muney releases his debut project under Paper Route Empire entitled "Muney Talk". The seventeen track project is lead by his singles "FR" and "Stupid Dumb". It also feature records with his Paper Route Empire members Young Dolph and Key Glock, plus an appearance from Peewee Longway.
